Put in a blender 8 oz of Non-Fat Milk (or soy milk), 1/3 or ½ of a banana, two Tablespoons Herbal formula #1 vanilla soy protein powder, 4-6 ice cubes (optional). Blend in blander & pour in glass to enjoy.

Orange Blossom Smoothie: 
Put in a blender 8 oz of Orange Juice, ½ teaspoon of pineapple extract, four or five fresh strawberries, two Tablespoons Herbal formula #1 vanilla soy protein powder, 4-6 ice cubes (optional), & blend in the blender.
Cranberry-Banana Smoothie: Put in blender 8 oz of Cranberry Juice, ½ banana, two Tablespoons Herbalife formula #1 vanilla soy protein powder, 4-6 ice cubes (optional), & blend in the blender.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake:
  Put in blender 8 oz of Non-Fat Milk (or soy milk), one teaspoon peanut butter, 4-6 ice cubes, & blend in blender.
